Spring Mini Sessions

It's time for Spring Mini-Sessions. The inaugural session in the Seasonal Mini Series.


These sessions will be offered for one day.  There are 7 spaces available between 9am & 2pm, booked on the hour & 1/2 hour marks.  April 30th, 2011.  Sessions will be held in Yreka at a location yet to be determined, once we're closer to the date I'll be revealing which location I've chosen for optimum springy-ness.

Book your session by Friday April 1st & receive a special print package with your session as well.  All session fees must be paid in advance by April 25th.

Every session will receive a 5 image disk with printing rights & a mini-accordion album; tax and shipping is included.

{Sneak Peek} Amber's 24 Week Maternity Session

I don't get to visit with my sister as often as I could a year ago and I miss her. We were all excited that they got to come visit the past two weekends.  The first to help celebrate Mr. Brody's birthday & then again this weekend to pick up my nephew from spending his spring break down here.  We planned her 1/2 way photo session, hoping for good weather, but we were in the midst of a last-minute wintery blizzard (not exactly blizzarding at our house but it was freezing & wet out).

So I did something I rarely do, I set up the ol' backdrops & did a little indoor session by my huge sliding door, in the teeny tiny kitchen.

Hey, Hey, It's a Birthday

Do you know just how fast a year goes?  As a young person you hear adults say things like "this year just flew" or "the older I get the faster it goes", and you think to yourself, "Oh.My.Gosh. can this go any slower".  Seriously treasure those moments, because it's true. Add a couple kids & life; you'll soon see just how quickly it does go.
Today is another milestone at our house...it's Brody's first birthday.  It's also something more, which probably is more sentimental for me than anyone else here, but, it's the very last time I'll celebrate my own child's 1st birthday.
So with no further ado, here's a little recap of the Little Mr's first year in this big, wide world.
On his birth day.

Construction {Just a little PSA}

Just wanted to give you all a heads up that you may notice some changes around the blog & also on the website, and possibly even my Facebook fan page.  Don't be alarmed, it's all signs of some good stuff.

I'm super excited to get it all done, which should be very soon!!!

Random Thoughts

First up, a little announcement.

It seems as though I'm at a photographic stand-still at the moment. I have barely touched my camera, except to move it from desk to dresser & back, since the middle-end of February.  It's not like I have just been sitting around wasting time though. I've got a couple of 'behind the lens' projects in the works & can't wait to reveal them to you all.  I've also been doing some other crafty things, there's fabrics, beads, flowers, & tons & tons of ideas.
